1st Step: Pay attention to and connect with what’s going on with your womb physically (i.e. irregular cycles, stress, hormones, etc.).
2nd Step: Reflect & Unpack Sexual History. Journal about what has happened with your sexual history from good, bad, and indifferent. Connect and understand how you felt in those experiences and gain clarity on where you want to go moving forward.
3rd Step: Get into a supportive environment/group of women where you can have authentic connections and safely open up and authentically share your experiences.
